Manufacturing

We need people with any of the following experience:


  • Bobbin winding (machine setup and operation)
  • Toroid winding (machine setup and operation)
  • Hand winding (toroids)Soldering magnet wire
  • Terminating magnet wire to bobbin terminals, headers, and/or lead wires
  • Assembly, terminating, and/or soldering while looking through a microscope


Inspection

We are always looking for experienced inspectors. Required skills are:


  • Experience interpreting source control drawings to determine requirements
  • Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, toolmakers microscopes
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to solve problems and make judgments when faced with inadequate or contradictory information
  • Experience using Windows based computers in a networked environment


Electrical Test

We are always looking for entry level and experienced test technicians. Technicians are required to set up tests from documentation, and perform the tests on production quantities of product.
Minimum required skills are:


  • Knowledge of basic AC and DC circuits (equivalent to one semester of circuit theory)
  • Use of volt, current, and ohm meters
  • Use a calculator, and perform basic algebra, using scientific notation
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to solve problems and make judgments when faced with inadequate or contradictory information
  • Experience using Windows based computers in a networked environment
